HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING TO YOU?
We hope you’ll love your Perfect Dress Company purchase but we understand if you need to return it and we promise to still love you!
Returns are simple and free at Perfect Dress Company for UK shipping only.
If you're looking to return a Perfect Dress Company Dress (from the Perfect Dress Collection and Bump to Baby collections only) item you have 60 days to do so, just make sure the items still have the ‘do not remove’ tag on them and haven’t been worn.
If you're looking to return an item from our Figure Flattering Brands Collections (including Sustainable Edit and Curve Collection) you have 14 days to do so, please make sure the items have all their original tags on and haven't been worn.
All we ask is that you make sure your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange of any items is confirmed on your returns note. We can't take care of your return without these details, so make sure the returns form is filled out and placed in your parcel. Please also write your order number on the front of your parcel.

Please ask for proof of postage and keep this safe in case we need to see this later. We will refund your postage once we have received your items. The most we can refund is £4.20 so please send the parcel 2nd class recorded via Royal Mail.
Please note that if you are only returning some items in your order, and you had received discount as part of a bundle, we cannot give you a full refund. The amount deducted will be based on the discount code you have used.
Please note that earrings cannot be returned.
When trying on items please ensure that you are not wearing perfume, make up, fake tan, or deodorant which may leave a scent or residue on the garment. We are unable to accept the return of any item which has evidence of wear, excessive handling, or if these instructions have not been followed.
Please note that sample sale items cannot be returned.
After you've returned your items
It can usually take up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and completed.
We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed.
Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes up to 10 working days, depending on your payment method issuer.
If you're returning multiple items from an order, or more than one order in the same parcel, please allow up to 24 hours for all items to be processed. Individual items may be refunded at different times within this period at the warehouse.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
